The Dallas Cowboys have agreed to trade nose tackle Jason Ferguson to the Miami Dolphins, according to the Star-Telegram. In exchange for Ferguson, the Cowboys will swap sixth-round picks with the Dolphins this April and have acquired Miami's sixth-round pick in 2009.

The Detroit Lions have dealt Shaun Rogers to the Bengals in exchange for a third and fifth round draft picks. The Bengals also signed linebacker Dhani Jones to a three-year deal.

The Browns will acquire Green Bay DT Corey Williams in exchange for their second round pick in 2008. Cleveland will pay him $18 million in guaranteed money.

The Jets have traded Jonathan Vilma to the Saints for a conditional draft pick, which will be determined by how much he plays, according to FoxSports. Detroit had also been interested in Vilma, who was the 2004 defensive rookie of the year. The Saints were also interested in Zach Thomas.

The Vikings have reached the final stages of an agreement with the Jaguars to send wide receiver Troy Williamson to Jacksonville for a sixth-round pick in April's NFL Draft, according to the Minneapolis Star-Tribune. Minnesota is expected to target Chicago's Bernard Berrian during the free-agent period this offseason.
